The theme for ISMAUK’s Online Stress Summit held on 6 November 2024 was Beyond Stress Management: From Stigma to Solutions.
In 2024, it was ISMAUK ‘s 50th Anniversary, and the Summit featured a suitably prestigious line-up of over 20 expert speakers and live panel discussions on five highly topical themes: Beyond the Half Century: Reflecting on the Past, Charting the Future; Community Care: How Organisations Champion Health, Safety and Wellbeing; Building Resilience: Nourishing Your Body with the Right Foods and Supplements; Fostering a Healthy Workplace Culture: Proven Strategies that Work; AI and the Future: Minimising Stress in the Light of Technological Advancements.

In 2023, it was the 25th anniversary of Stress Awareness Day, originally founded by Carole Spiers, Chair of ISMAUK, in 1998. The Summit featured a line-up of over 20 world-class speakers and live panel discussions on five highly topical themes: why men find it hard to talk about their mental health; the stigma attached to open conversations about money; the power of music to reduce stress and improve wellbeing; a personal insight into bipolar disorder; how we can balance technology, AI and employee wellbeing.
