Support Our Work

Help us reduce stress and improve mental health and wellbeing for more people

Body

Stress and poor mental health touch every part of people’s lives – work, home, family and relationships. When someone feels overwhelmed, they often do not know where to turn or who to trust.

ISMAUK is a registered charity with a wide reach and a big responsibility. For over fifty years, we have been helping people, workplaces and communities understand stress, manage it better and support good mental health and wellbeing.

Why Your Support Matters

Demand for reliable guidance on stress and mental health has never been higher. Your support helps us to:

  • Reach people who are struggling and need clear, trusted information.
  • Equip employers, managers and HR with practical ways to support their teams.
  • Challenge stigma and keep stress and mental health firmly on the public agenda.

How Your Gift Helps

Every donation, large or small, makes a real difference. Your gift helps ISMAUK to:

  • Create and share free resources that help people understand and manage stress.
  • Sustain International Stress Awareness Week and Stress Awareness Day, so more people and organisations can get involved.
  • Support the Global Stress & Wellbeing Summit and other events that bring experts and employers together.
  • Support the ISMAUK Stress Management Awards, recognising excellence in workplace wellbeing and psychological safety.
  • Maintain and develop professional standards and training, so people seeking help can find qualified, trusted support.

Your generosity helps us reach more people, more workplaces and more communities with the message that stress can be understood, managed and reduced – and that better mental health and wellbeing are possible.
