Wellbeing and Resilience at Work Training Programme
The objectives of this programme are to guide participants to review the basic areas of health that are needed for health to be in balance. They will do this by understanding what wellbeing is and how to achieve it, reviewing their own personal resilience levels and then identifying how to link wellbeing and resilience to improve their overall mental and physical wellbeing and be able to make any improvements needed.
