        Rachel Perkins

        OBE, BA, MPhil (Clinical Psychology), PhD

        With a background in clinical psychology, Rachel has worked with NHS mental health services as a clinician, director, and consultant/trainer for 45 years. She established the first UK evidence-based supported employment programme to help people with serious mental health challenges to gain and sustain employment. In 2008/9 she was invited to lead an independent review to Government about improving employment support for people with a mental health condition, and in 2010 she was awarded an OBE for services to mental health and voted ‘Mind Champion of the Year’.

        Sarah McIntosh

        CEO, Mental Health First Aid

        Sarah McIntosh is the Chief Executive of Mental Health First Aid England. She is passionate about driving social change to create mentally healthy workplaces where people, communities and businesses thrive. 

        With her background in HR, Sarah found a drive for diversity and wellbeing when developing the experiences of customers, members, and employees. From mutuals and social enterprises, to co-operatives and charities, social purpose has been central to her career.

        Shelley Bridgman

        Speaker, Transformational Coach and Author

        Shelley is a speaker, transformational coach and author. She has also been a media commentator, specialising in psychotherapy, psychology and coaching, with appearances on BBC Television, Sky News, Channels 4 and 5, as well on BBC Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour and Midweek and The Jeremy Vine Show on BBC Radio 2. She has also featured in Psychologies and Therapy Today magazines. 

        As a speaker, Shelley’s principal topics include transformational change, diversity thinking and ‘you don’t have to walk alone’.

        Adam is a partner in the employment law team at Aaron & Partners, Greater Manchester, specialising in workplace culture, employment rights, and discrimination law, with a focus on menopause and neurodiversity in the workplace. He advises organisations on fostering inclusive, psychologically safe work environments and is at the forefront of legal discussions on employee wellbeing.

        Alastair Greener

        Alastair is an accomplished event host, master of ceremonies and moderator. He’s hosted conferences, charity auctions, dinners and award ceremonies in the UK and Europe. He’s delighted to return as MC for his fifth ISMAUK Summit.  Alastair has over 25 years’ experience presenting on television, video, radio and stage. He is a communications expert, specialising in generational communication and, with his company, Present Yourself, he helps individuals and organisations communicate more confidently and effectively.

        Amy McKeown

        Amy is globally recognised as a highly experienced consultant in strategic health, mental health and wellbeing who has truly unique experience in her field. Amy has been working within health, mental health and wellbeing for almost 20 years and has a very distinctive skill set. She combines a clinical background - specialising in psychology – with expertise in mental health, occupational health, health analytics, and health insurance. 

        Celynn Morin

        Wellbeing Whisperer

        Celynn Morin is a wellbeing consultant, author, and dietician with a playful approach to enriching lives. Founder of the Wellculator framework and the Wellbeing Clubhouse, she empowers leaders to sustain their health while building their wealth. An accredited HeartMath coach and Embodiment facilitator, Celynn specialises in epigenetics and gut health. She is a professional speaking fellow known for her joie de vivre and celebration of life.

        Carole Spiers

        FISMA, FPSA, MIHPE

        Carole’s credibility is rooted in twenty years’ success as CEO of a leading UK stress management consultancy, working with equal success both in the UK and the Gulf.  She is a well-respected authority on building resilience and communication skills, a BBC guest broadcaster and bestselling author of Show Stress Who’s Boss!  Carole is Chair of the International Stress Management AssociationUK. On their behalf, she founded Stress Awareness Day in 1998 and established International Stress Awareness Week in 2018 to recognise its 20th anniversary.

        Dr Clare Fernandes

        Specialist in Occupational Medicine

        Dr Fernandes combines her expertise as an accredited specialist in Occupational Medicine with her extensive international experience across diverse industries, including pivotal roles at the BBC and Haleon. With a passion for sharing knowledge and best practice, she serves as an honorary lecturer in Occupational Medicine at Manchester University, is co-founder of the Occupational Health Academy, and also author of a leading medical textbook on Occupational Medicine.

        Dr Lynda Shaw

        Author, Professional Speaker, Mentor

        Lynda is an experienced entrepreneur, having owned three businesses. She holds a doctorate in cognitive neuroscience, specialising in the unconscious processing of emotion and behavioural change. She is an author, professional speaker, and mentor who works with senior leaders and their teams to communicate ideas. This enables better business relationships, funding and investment opportunities, spreading their genius to the outside world, something we badly need.

        Heather Wright

        As a pioneering director of Advance Performance Ltd, Heather has dedicated over 25 years to empowering individuals, teams, and organisations to transform their lives and businesses for the better. Heather combines her expertise and understanding of the neuropsychology of behaviour to inspire and drive results. Her comprehensive knowledge is distilled into practical, teachable tools that help individuals break free from limiting habits and behaviours.

        Laura Ginesi

        BSc(Hons), PhD, PGCE, PGCert, FHEA, FISMA

        Laura is a physiologist with more than 35 years’ experience working in both FE and HE sectors, teaching applied physiology, stress management and nutrition science for the healthcare professions. As a senior lecturer, now retired, she managed interdisciplinary teams, developing and delivering innovative curricula while bringing up three daughters on her own. She is still an Associate Tutor at the University of East Anglia (UEA) and the University of Aberdeen. Laura is an author, qualified childbirth educator, yoga teacher, and life coach.

        Paul Devoy

        Chief Executive, Investors in People

        Paul is Chief Executive of Investors in People (IIP), a community interest company, following the 2016 buyout from the government, led by Paul. IIP's purpose is to Make Work Better, working with organisations employing over a million people to provide diagnostic tools, advice, support and assessment against internationally recognised Frameworks. IIP’s network of 150 skilled and experienced consultants work with organisations in 70 countries, but predominantly in the UK.

        Paul Dorrington

        Founder, Phoenix Works

        Paul is an award-winning mental health recovery and vocational rehabilitation specialist, workplace wellbeing trainer, coach, NHS lead, and keynote speaker.  In his NHS role, he and his teams have helped hundreds of clients to recover and regain a meaningful working life after mental health difficulties. As the owner of Phoenix Works, a training and consultancy company, he takes a proactive, preventive, and personalised approach to mental health and workplace wellbeing. 

        Peter J. Kelly

        MSc BSc MBPs, Director and Founder, Being Real

        Peter is best known for his role with the UK Health & Safety Executive where, as senior psychologist for 24 years, he was a constant in encouraging employers to consider the role of work in promoting positive worker mental health outcomes. He is the founder and director of Being Real Workplace Mental Health Solutions and mental health advisor to the charity Mates in Mind.

        Prash Kotecha

        Corporate Wellbeing, Resilience & Leadership Expert. Success Mentor, Speaker. CEO, Stress To Success

        Prash is an international Wellbeing, Resilience and Conscious Leadership Consultant, Speaker, and CEO of Stress To Success. He brings 25+ years’ corporate experience, having worked with HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group, WeWork, and many other smaller businesses, reaching many tens of thousands of people globally through his events, retreats and podcasts.

        Professor Dame Carol Black

        Dame Carol is currently the Government’s independent adviser on drug misuse. She is also Chair of the British Library, of the Centre for Ageing Better, and of Think Ahead, the Government’s fast-stream training programme for mental health social workers. 

        Andy Baines-Vosper

        Head of Written Word, Samaritans

        Andy Baines-Vosper is Head of Written Word and a listening volunteer at Samaritans. He is also the founder of Share the Weight - a suicide prevention campaign where I am on a mission to ask a million people for help to Share the Weight on my shoulders. The weight I carry is a 24.7kg bag of worries that symbolises the invisible burdens we all carry and weighs 24/7kg to remind people that Samaritans are there 24/7.
