Alastair is an accomplished event host, master of ceremonies and moderator. He’s hosted conferences, charity auctions, dinners and award ceremonies in the UK and Europe. He’s delighted to return as MC for the ISMA Summit. Alastair has over 25 years’ experience presenting on television, video, radio and stage. Through his company, Present Yourself, Alastair helps individuals and organisations communicate more effectively and leads insightful and interactive communication skills workshops. As a TV presenter Alastair has worked extensively on television in the UK and USA, appearing in documentaries, corporate videos and commercials. He has also interviewed over 500 business leaders for Business Reporter, where he is currently senior journalist.
After a career in the corporate world and as a serial entrepreneur, Anne-Marie discovered the transformational wellbeing benefits of dance and studied the psychology of dance with its leading expert, Peter Lovatt. In 2021, she went on to found Dance for Good, a social enterprise that harnesses the positive power of dance, scientifically proven to enhance mood, creativity, productivity and team spirit. Dance for Good addresses wellness in the workplace through dance breaks during team meetings, events and conferences. Anne-Marie’s clients include Morgan Stanley, FT Strategies, Lilly Pharmaceuticals, All3Media, Beyond Analysis, Platinum Guild International. All profits fund free dance breaks for charities or less privileged groups in local communities.
Baroness Harding is a Conservative peer sitting in the House of Lords and a member of the Communications and Digital Select Committee. She is also a member of the UK National Holocaust Memorial Foundation Advisory Board, a Non-executive Director of the Jockey Club and of MyAgro, an African social enterprise. From 2018 - 21, she was Chair of NHS Improvement and from 2020 - 21 was Executive Chair of NHS Test and Trace. From 2010 - 17 she was Chief Executive of TalkTalk Telecom Group plc. Previously she was Sainsbury’s Convenience Director, appointed to the operating board in 2008, and before that held various senior roles at Tesco plc.
Brian is an experienced HR professional, accredited professional executive coach, management consultant, trainer and facilitator. He has a passion for people development, particularly in the areas of soft skills for managers, emotional intelligence, resilience and wellbeing. Brian’s insights and experiences have accrued from 30 years spent in policing and as a consultant in a number of other sectors.
As a master NLP practitioner, Brian is Team Lead, as the coaches’ coach, for AC North-East Scotland Region, where he also lives. He is also an active member of the ISMAuk Scotland Region Group.
Carole is an international motivational speaker and C-Suite executive consultant. Her credibility is rooted in 25 years' success as CEO of Carole Spiers Group, a leading UK stress management consultancy, working both in the UK and the Gulf. She is a well-respected authority on reducing stress, building resilience and improving health and wellbeing. Carole is also a BBC guest broadcaster and the bestselling author of Show Stress Who's Boss! who is regularly called upon by the media for comment. Carole is Chair of the International Stress Management AssociationUK and Founder of International Stress Awareness Week. She is also a Fellow and Past President of the London Chapter of the Professional Speaking Association.
Professor Cooper is a founding President of the British Academy of Management, Immediate Past President of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), and President of the Institute of Welfare. Professor Sir Cary has been an advisor to the World Health Organisation in the field of occupational health and wellbeing and is Chair of the National Forum for Health & Wellbeing at Work. He is the author/editor of over 250 books on occupational health psychology, workplace wellbeing, women at work, and occupational stress.
Claire is on a mission to help every employer – large, medium and small – get the insight, inspiration and contacts they need to make a real impact on workplace culture, mental health and wellbeing in their organisations. She has been freelance (by choice) for more than 15 years. During that time, she has had the honour of working with many leading publishers, including the New York Times.
Daisy Reeves is BCLP’s inaugural Global Inclusion and Diversity Client Relationship Partner. She is positioned at the intersection of many diversity strands, including LGBTQ, gender, disability, and mental health. She works with other experts, clients and communities in helping to develop best, and next, practice in these spaces. Daisy is known as a game-changer in the field of inclusion and diversity. She is ranked as the fifth most influential LGBTQ executive in the world in the Outstanding LGBTQ Executives Role Models List - featuring C-suite and business leaders worldwide - for her efforts in making the global workplace more inclusive.
Dave is a music and football-loving father of three from the south-west of England. His passion for enjoying life and connecting with other people and the things we love is the only thing that outweighs his passion for partnerships and collaboration. Through his Collaboration Junkie brand he helps business owners harness the oldest and still the most powerful way of generating new business – word of mouth.
Deep is a broadcaster with Lyca Gold, where he hosts one of London's leading talk shows and acts as a major link on behalf of Britain's ethnic communities. His show often features high-profile guests, from Police Commissioners and past Prime Ministers through to community leaders and Bollywood entertainment personalities.
While working as an intern, Deep gained valuable political experience which led to him becoming a lobbyist for a breast cancer charity. There he promoted awareness of breast cancer amongst ethnic communities in Britain and South- east Asia. He has presented to the NHS and been invited to speak at health conferences. Deep has also addressed the House of Lords and been in close conference with some of Britain's top politicians, making sure they understand the importance of breast cancer awareness amongst ethnic and Asian communities in the UK.
Deep is also an ISMAUK Trustee, and has had an active role in fundraising for ISMAUK, including media activity, marketing and PR. His personal interests include walking, amateur dramatics, socialising and fine wines. He also helps out as a team member in a feeding group for the homeless in Central London.
Emily is a chartered psychologist and registered health practitioner. Her company, Apply Psychology, provides research and other services to individuals and organisations to create healthier ways of working. Her first book, The Strengths-based Organization: How to Boost Inclusivity, Wellbeing, and Performance, co-authored with Caroline Brown, was published in 2021.
Hayley is responsible for developing and delivering a global wellbeing and resilience strategy at Arcadis, a world-leading company delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets. In 2021 Hayley was the first practitioner globally to be certified for the adoption and implementation of ISO 45003, occupational health and safety management — psychological health and safety at work. She has a BComm Honours degree in Human Resources, is CIPD 7 PgD Personnel and Development qualified, and is a specialist member of the International Institute of Risk & Safety Management. Hayley supports cross-industry thought leadership to create parity between physical and psychological health, safety and wellbeing in the workplace.
