Stress manifests itself in many facets of people’s lives and statistics show that stress and mental health-related issues are increasingly on the rise. Consequently, it's imperative that we intensify our actions to tackle these issues, aiming not only to mitigate their harmful effects but also to diminish the persistent stigma associated with them. I am delighted that ISMAUK are redoubling their efforts in commemoration of their 50th anniversary year and please support ISMAUK by joining them in spreading the word.

Professor Sir Cary Cooper CBE, Patron, ISMAUK

WorkL are delighted to support ISMAUK in their mission to raise the profile of stress and mental health issues, campaign against the stigma associated with them, and promote resilience and wellbeing. At WorkL, our annual Workplace Awards recognise organisations who have consistently high levels of employee experience and wellbeing. Like ISMAUK we believe there can be nothing more important than creating a healthy workplace culture, where people feel safe in speaking about stress and mental health issues. We commend ISMAUK for their work in advancing education and awareness in the field of biological stress, providing advice to individuals, businesses and organisations.

Lord Mark Price, Founder, WorkL for Business

I am delighted to support ISMAUK in their 50th Anniversary Year. As an ambassador for several mental health-related charities and as someone who has written books on mental illness and depression, I have a very personal interest in raising the profile of stress and mental health issues. ISMAUK work hard to promote sound knowledge and best practice in stress management and their efforts in campaigning against the stigma associated with mental health, to achieve greater understanding, are to be commended.

Alastair Campbell, writer, podcaster, communicator, campaigner and strategist

I am delighted to support ISMAUK and their noble mission to reduce stress, build resilience and improve wellbeing, both in the workplace and in society.

Stephen Fry, Actor, Writer and Presenter

I have had a long association with ISMAUK and am a keen advocate of what they do in the field of stress management. As someone who is solution-focused in the achievement of health and wellbeing outcomes, I believe ISMAUK take the right approach, and their Stress Management Awards, launched to coincide with their fiftieth anniversary, are a very welcome initiative that I hope will become a permanent fixture. I wish them every success with the Awards this year and for years to come.
