Monday 20 April | 2pm – Stress Management That Works
Join us for this practical online masterclass exploring what effective workplace stress management really looks like in action. Many organisations have wellbeing initiatives in place — but fewer are confident those initiatives are genuinely reducing stress or improving performance.
ISMAUK Ambassador Emma Pennycard will share real examples and practical insights from award-winning organisations that are making a measurable difference. Hear what they changed, why it worked, and what they learned along the way.
You’ll gain clarity on how to move from wellbeing activity to meaningful impact, understand what makes a standout Stress Management Awards entry, and learn how the Awards support healthier, more resilient workplaces. Chair Carole Spiers will also outline the purpose behind the ISMAUK Stress Management Awards and why strong, evidence-based approaches to stress management matter now more than ever.
