Held on Wednesday 5 November 2025, the ISMAUK Global Online Stress & Wellbeing Summit brought together leading experts and practitioners from around the world for a day of inspiration, practical insight, and shared purpose.

International Stress Awareness Week 2025, held from 3–7 November, once again highlighted the importance of managing stress and tackling the stigma surrounding mental health.
Attracting worldwide attention, the Week brought together professionals, organisations, and the public to share knowledge, raise awareness, and promote positive mental wellbeing.
The centrepiece event, National Stress Awareness Day on Wednesday 5 November, inspired conversations and initiatives across workplaces, communities, and media platforms around the globe.
