The International Stress Management Association [ISMAUK] is a registered charity and the lead professional body for workplace and personal stress management, supporting good mental health, wellbeing and performance.
We have been promoting sound knowledge and best practice in stress management, mental health and wellbeing, both nationally and internationally, for 50 years in 2024.
Through our register of professional practitioners, we offer support in the form of training courses and coaching to individuals as well as within commerce and industry.
Our theme for 2024 is Campaigning to reduce stress and improve wellbeing. We shall be stepping up our campaign, reaching out and collaborating with individuals and organisations who are working to reduce stress and improve lives. We are supporting all those who are working to shape and deliver solutions - solutions that will help to reduce the high incidence of stress and mental health-related conditions in society today.
This theme will also be reflected during International Stress Awareness Week 4th – 8th November 2024.
To commemorate our milestone anniversary, ISMAUK is delighted to announce the inaugural Stress Management Awards. These awards seek to recognise businesses and organisations that have made significant contributions to enhancing employee mental health and reducing workplace stress.
The Awards are now closed for applications, and the judges are making their decisions. The winner and two runners-up will be announced at the Global Online Stress & Wellbeing Summit on Wednesday 6th November. The Awards ceremony will take place from 19.00. We welcome as many people as possible to share in this momentous event. For more information about the Summit programme and how to buy tickets, go here
