The Online Global Stress & Wellbeing Summit takes place on Stress Awareness Day – Wednesday 4 November 2026, as the flagship event of International Stress Awareness Week. Join us at ISMAUK’s leading online event as we explore how to rehumanise the workplace in an age of rapid technological change and shifting generational dynamics.

Bringing together thought leaders and lived experience, the Summit will highlight how emotional intelligence, empathy and open communication can reduce stress, bridge generations and build healthier, more connected organisations.

2026 Summit Programme

The 2026 ISMAUK Stress & Wellbeing Summit will explore how organisations can rehumanise the workplace in a rapidly changing world. From embedding wellbeing into business strategy and learning across generations to facing the realities of AI, digital change and the future of work, the programme brings together practical insight, lived experience and forward-thinking discussion. With a strong focus on leadership, culture and human connection, the Summit will offer clear takeaways to help organisations reduce stress, improve mental health and wellbeing, and prepare with confidence for the challenges and opportunities ahead.
 
The live online programme will include a panel discussion on three key topics in today’s workplace:

  • Rehumanising the Workplace – A Strategic Framework for Action
  • Bridging Generations at Work – Learning, Respect and  Connection
  • Technology, AI and the Future of work – Change, Adaption and Opportunity

 In addition, the Summit will feature two energisers and a lunchtime session designed to help participants pause, reset and reflect during the day, together with the live presentation of the ISMAUK Stress Management Awards 2026.     Aaron Phipps MBE
    Paralympic Gold Medallist, Wheelchair Rugby Athlete, Motivational Speaker
     
    Aaron Phipps MBE is three times Paralympian and gold medal winning champion from the Tokyo 2020 games. He plays the brutal, only full-contact disability sport, Wheelchair Rugby aka Murderball. His team went from being 5th in the world to the best on the planet, in the middle of a global pandemic! He is a keen fundraiser and in 2016 became the first person in the world to scale Kilimanjaro on his hands and knees. Aaron has been recognised as one of the UK’s Top 100 most influential disabled people through Shaw Trust’s Disability Power 100.
  • Alastair Greener
    Alastair Greener
    Event MC, Author, Podcaster and Generational Communication Expert
     
    Alastair is an accomplished event host, master of ceremonies and moderator. He’s hosted conferences, charity auctions, dinners and award ceremonies in the UK and Europe. He’s delighted to return 8th year as MC for his seventh ISMA Summit. Alastair is a keynote speaker, podcaster and author specialising in Generational Communications. He is also the founder of the communications training company, Present Yourself, where he helps individuals and organisations communicate more confidently and effectively. Alastair has over 25 years’ experience presenting on television and radio appearing in documentaries, corporate videos and commercials.
  • Amy McKeown
    Amy McKeown
    Consultant in Strategic Health, Mental Health & Wellbeing
     
    Amy is a recognised consultant in strategic health, mental health and wellbeing, with almost 20 years’ experience and a distinctive blend of skills. With a clinical background in psychology, she brings expertise in mental health, occupational health, health analytics and health insurance. She has led health and mental health programmes internally at EY, run a digital mental health business, and now supports organisations as an external adviser. This combination enables her to design strategies and implement them in practice. Her clients include Burberry, the EU Parliament, Samsung and other global organisations. She is known for pragmatic, evidence-based programme delivery.
  • Carole Spiers MBE
    Carole Spiers MBE
    Chair, ISMAUK, CEO, Carole Spiers Group
     
    Carole is Chair of the International Stress Management Association (UK). She draws on over 20 years’ success as CEO of a leading UK stress management consultancy, working extensively across the UK and the Gulf. A respected authority on resilience, communication and workplace wellbeing, she is a BBC guest broadcaster and the bestselling author of Show Stress Who’s Boss!. She founded Stress Awareness Day in 1998 and established International Stress Awareness Week in 2018 to mark its 20th anniversary. As CEO of the Carole Spiers Group, she is an international motivational speaker and a trusted commentator for national media, advising organisations at board and leadership level.
  • Professor Sir Cary Cooper CBE
    Professor Sir Cary Cooper CBE
    50th Anniversary Professor of Organisational Psychology and Health, University of Manchester
     
    Professor Cooper is a founding President of the British Academy of Management, Immediate Past President of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), and President of the Institute of Welfare. Professor Sir Cary has been an advisor to the World Health Organisation in the field of occupational health and wellbeing and is Chair of the National Forum for Health & Wellbeing at Work. He is the author/editor of over 250 books on occupational health psychology, workplace wellbeing, women at work, and occupational stress.

    Futurist Keynote Speaker, Executive Coach, Author
     
    Charlotte Kemp is a futurist keynote speaker, executive coach, and author who works with leaders to develop thinking that is F.I.T. for the future. As a self-described “slow futurist”, she believes the future should inspire agency rather than anxiety, helping people understand and craft a more preferred future. Charlotte is a Past President of the Global Speakers Federation (GSF) and a member of the Association of Professional Futurists (APF).

    Emma’s mission is to help hard-working leaders and teams reduce stress and overwhelm by identifying unhelpful habits, reshaping negative thought patterns, and building efficient, healthy working practices that support life beyond work. She is a Specialist Addictive Behaviours Coach, a Certified Personal Profile Analysis Practitioner, an Investors in People Practitioner, and holds an Accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching.

    Sarmado Sibley
    Chef and Holistic Nutrition Specialist
     
    Food As Medicine – Transforming Health Through Nutrition Sarmado Sibley explores how food can support physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Drawing on holistic nutrition traditions, he explains how everyday ingredients can reduce inflammation, strengthen resilience and improve psychological agility. This session invites us to rethink modern diets and see food as a practical route to better health and wellbeing. Sarmado Sibley is a chef and holistic nutrition specialist whose career began at fifteen at Michelin-starred Gravetye Manor. He went on to work with the Roux brothers and Raymond Blanc before becoming head chef at one of Sardinia’s leading restaurants by the age of 21. He has cooked for the State Opening of Parliament, Wimbledon, Royal Ascot, celebrities and private clients. Since 2005, he has specialised in holistic nutrition, drawing on Ayurvedic, macrobiotic, raw vegan and traditional Chinese medicine principles. He now teaches through sarmadosibley.com and the College of Living Nutrition.
