Stress Management Awards

Celebrating Excellence in Mental Health and Stress Reduction

The Stress Management Awards are back and bigger than ever.

To commemorate ISMAUK’s 50th anniversary in 2024, the inaugural Stress Management Awards were launched to recognise businesses, organisations, and individuals for their outstanding contributions to mental health and stress reduction. Following their successful debut, the Awards are being held again this year.

Now expanded to include sole practitioners and SMEs, these awards shine a spotlight on those making meaningful, lasting impact in the field of stress management and wellbeing.

Whether you're leading innovative wellbeing initiatives or quietly transforming workplace culture, these awards recognise and celebrate your efforts to create healthier, more resilient environments.

Award Categories

There are three levels of award available:

•    Bronze

Gold

Each category honours the depth and breadth of impact in supporting mental health, reducing stress, and fostering wellbeing in personal or professional settings.
