I am an Outdoor Executive Coach helping those professionally lost to find their way back onto a motivating and energising career pathway. 

In work and play, I lead my life with a deep curiosity for people and experiences, a passion for open collaboration, a desire to keep things simple and a love of the outdoors.   My usual offices are either the 410 acres of London's Regent's Park or the cloughs, paths and edges the Peak District's Kinder Scout.  

I started out in media and led client services teams in advertising, brand consulting, integrated marketing and finally becoming a partner in a design agency to build up extensive marketing and business experience. As a coach I originally trained with The Coaching Academy and then with Ashridge and maintain a continuous development programme, building my repertoire of models and programme solutions. I am also an NLP Practitioner and Point of Value facilitator. I have 25 years of marketing communications experience and 16 years as a coach. 

I have a strong belief in the combination of powerful questioning and natural & inspiring spaces to open up fresh perspectives and helps individuals and organisations create insights and clarity.

I love the outdoors - the more elemental the better and an adventurer at heart. When I'm not guiding clients and their teams through their challenges and opportunities I am in the outdoors either leading groups up mountains, running, climbing, cycling or fishing.
