Deep is a broadcaster with Lyca Gold, where he hosts one of London's leading talk shows and acts as a major link on behalf of Britain's ethnic communities. His show often features high-profile guests, from Police Commissioners and past Prime Ministers through to community leaders and Bollywood entertainment personalities.
While working as an intern, Deep gained valuable political experience which led to him becoming a lobbyist for a breast cancer charity, promoting awareness of breast cancer within ethnic and Asian communities in the UK. He has also addressed the House of Lords and brought breast cancer awareness to the attention of some of Britain's top politicians. He has presented to the NHS and been invited to speak at health conferences.
As an ISMAUK Trustee, Deep has had an active role in fundraising for ISMAUK, including media activity, marketing and PR. His personal interests include walking, amateur dramatics, socialising and fine wines. He also helps out as a team member in a feeding group for the homeless in Central London.
Diana is a barrister practising in Manchester and a former employment tribunal judge. She holds three honorary academic appointments, at Manchester, Cardiff, and London South Bank Universities. Having been the Chair of the Council for Work and Health for seven years, she is now its Hon President. Diana has written extensively on occupational health law and is the author of Occupational Health Law, 6th edition (published by Wiley Blackwell). She is an Hon Fellow of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine and a member of the Faculty’s ethics committee. In 2009 Diana was appointed MBE for services to occupational health.
Edmund Jacobs is a Fellow of ISMAUK and a Chartered Fellow of IOSH. He is Head of Health, Safety & Security at the London Ambulance Service NHS Trust. He has worked in the field of occupational health, safety and wellbeing for 30 years. Edmund has served on many Boards of Directors and occupied Trustee roles including ISMAUK and IOSH. Edmund undertook research into the application of dynamic risk assessment for his MSc in Occupational Safety & Health. He has delivered national talks on this subject and has co-authored a book entitled The Practical Guide to Making Risk-Based Decisions with the 3-Level Risk Management Model.
Francoise is the Head of Mental Health and Wellbeing for Acas and has over 20 years’ experience in the field of mental health from a clinical, academic, and strategic perspective. She currently takes the lead on enhancing Acas’ staff engagement and productivity through improved mental health and wellbeing, and works with external stakeholders to influence policy, debate and practice on workplace mental health.
In her current role and in her previous role as Senior Adviser in Acas, Francoise has worked across both public and private sectors to develop and implement tailored, evidenced-based strategies to support mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
Previously Global Vice-President of HR at Unilever, Geoff is an international advocate, campaigner and consultant, addressing the stigma of mental ill health in the workplace.
Geoff is an experienced and much sought-after keynote speaker, strategic advisor and consultant. He inspires and provokes organizations globally to put purpose and wellbeing at the centre of everything they do. He has a reputation for energizing and inspiring people to take action and create workplaces that enhance people’s lives and have good health and purpose at their core. Geoff provides an authentic practitioner’s perspective on how to address these issues within workplaces today.
He is a Co-founder of the Minds@Work network, which seeks to inspire individuals and equip them to break the stigma around mental health issues within their organizations.
Gill McKay is a business coach, applied neuroscience trainer, speaker and author of “STUCK: Brain Smart Insights for Coaches”. She helps coaches, L&D, HR and business professionals to amplify their results using neuroscience in their work. Her teaching enables them to increase their clients’ self-awareness, their emotional engagement and awaken their brains to help them achieve deep transformation and change. Throughout her 30-year international career, Gill's work has anchored her belief that by making friends with our brains, we can all embrace our uniqueness and live our best lives, creating more lasting results, using the power of neuroscience.
Grant has spent more than two decades in the media, communications and higher education sectors. Going from behind the microphone to teaching, coaching and mentoring some of South Africa’s most prominent radio stars, in 2019 he co-authored South Africa’s first textbook on radio communications and storytelling. In 2018 he completed his Masters in Philosophy, specialising in Applied Ethics and completed his fifteenth year of formal and informal meditation and Eastern philosophy training.
Hannah is a commercial property lawyer, professional coach and trainer, supporting legal professionals.
Through her consultancy business, Authentically Speaking, Hannah provides a blend of coaching, training and consulting on behavioural skills such as stress management, improving emotional wellbeing, business development, networking, having authentic conversations, and life/career success planning.

Hannah is a four-time Paralympian, triple world champion, disability advocate, keynote speaker and ocean racer. Hannah is now aiming to take on the toughest solo race in sailing, the Vendée Globe, a single-handed, non-stop, round-the-world yacht race.
Having grown up with a disability, Hannah challenged the perceptions of what is possible with self-belief and determination, racing against able-bodied competitors and winning world titles along the way. Now she has set her sights on the biggest challenge of her life, racing around the world in the Vendée Globe, a race known as ‘the Everest of the Seas’, solo, non-stop, and without assistance.
Jamie has been teaching yoga and facilitating and coaching in the wellbeing industry internationally for over 20 years.
She trains teachers in Embodied Yoga Principles and Sleep Recovery Yoga systems. In addition, Jamie facilitates her own masterclasses and courses, both in person and online.
Her eclectic background, education and knowledge allow her to make even difficult tasks accessible. Jamie is known for her light-heartedness, playfulness and curiosity. When she’s not rolling around on the floor, you’ll find her tending to her land in Tuscany or spending time with her two growing children.
Jan has managed a staff support and counselling service for over 25 years, providing counselling, training, wellbeing support and critical incident stress management to an acute and community mental health hospital, busy general hospital and major trauma centre. She has developed numerous packages to support staff in the workplace and supported HR, OH and OD colleagues around wellbeing initiatives.
Jan and her team have won four awards in 2020/21 for their outstanding work in supporting NHS staff during the pandemic, including an NHS Hero Award and Partnership Working Award, supporting the wellbeing needs of staff during the pandemic and beyond.
Jane is an Honorary Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, with experience of senior healthcare management in the NHS. She is a Research Fellow in Public Leadership at the Open University Business School and a member of the Remuneration Board of the Welsh Assembly.
Jane was Leader of the Council at the London Borough of Camden, and has served in a range of non-executive roles, including as Chair of the Councillors’ Commission for the Department of Communities and Local Government and as Chair of New Local Government Network. She has published academic articles on paediatrics, psychiatry and politics, has co-edited The Politics of Attachment, and is the author of Losing Political Office.
