Tracy has worked with children and families for 40 years receiving her MBE in recognition of her work in 2018.

Tracy is the CEO of the centre of excellence in well being in Wales. the charity provides a range of well being services that include mentoring, counselling, resiliency therapies. and play therapy. Tracy recently trained in trauma therapy for children and leads on the social prescribing model for Llanelli GP 's supporting children who can not access CAHMS.

Tracy is an advocate for working systemically with families to reduce pathologising children and improve secure attachments within the family home. She has written training materials for professionals to undertake this work within their job roles. Her audience includes health visitors, social workers, police, teachers, youth workers and anyone supporting young people.

Tracy has presented in many conferences as well as apprearing on radio and TV media. Having spent half her career as a senior teacher, Tracy is able to draw on both statutory and third sector experiences to guide her work.
