I am a stress management therapist, working with Adults and children.

I worked at cygnet healthcare for 22 years in the following roles,

Lead nursery nurse teaching mothers with post natal depression how to look after there children (5 years).

I then went on to gain my basic counselling certificate and worked with the addiction therapy team.

I completed a years foundation course in art psychotherapy at goldsmiths university London whilst coordination the activities in the psychiatric hospital (5 years).

I completed the diploma in stress management and helped to run the daycare therapy Centre, running groups on depression, anxiety, anger, relaxation and stress management and one to one counselling.

I now work a couple of days at a private girls school as school counsellor and see clients privately for stress management.

I attend regular training sessions and supervision.
