Nick is a consultant with over 20 years experience in training,  management development and coaching.  He is also a  part time fitness trainer and meditation teacher. His primary passion is assisting people and organisations to reduce stress and improve well-being whilst at the same time handle the pressures that work, living and change can bring. Clients have included international technology companies, health agencies, local authorities and charities. Nick has also written numerous articles on work life balance. He currently provides services as part of a partnership practice called living balances and has developed new approaches to stress and pressure management together with a specialist psychotherpist.
