Toby is a non-practising solicitor. After a twenty-year-plus career as a solicitor, senior leader and partner of a mid-sized law firm, he undertook his MBA. With an understanding of the impact of culture, leadership and organisational purpose upon employee wellbeing, he now focuses on helping organisations and individuals in the development of vision, strategic direction, leadership and change management.
