David is an innovator, advisor, speaker on organisational culture and employee wellbeing. He created Happiness Lab after spending much of his career as a management consultant, working repeatedly with many organisations that had issues with culture. Happiness Lab is an innovative employee-listening platform for understanding and improving culture and, importantly, one that provides a reliable mechanism for monitoring and safeguarding employee wellbeing.
David is also a Director and Trustee of The Churn Project, a community-based charity supporting the most vulnerable and marginalised people in the Cirencester area. The Churn Project aims to reduce isolation and improve wellbeing for local people - particularly those who are lonely, at a transition point in their lives, or experiencing mental health issues - supporting people through times of crisis.
Before starting Happiness Lab, David founded and led Stonepoint & Partners, a management consulting organisation specialising in leadership advice and strategy execution. Previously, he occupied key leadership roles within Huntswood’s and Capgemini’s financial services division.
