Paul is an award-winning vocational rehabilitation specialist, mental health recovery and corporate coach, public speaker, and NHS Lead.

He is the Founder of Phoenix Transformational Services, providing professional, personal and corporate coaching services, workshops on mental health, work and wellbeing, vocational rehabilitation services and bespoke professional speaker engagements.

Paul is also a Service Leader and Supervisor with South-west London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust.
