Andrew is a barrister who has specialised in mental health law.  He was junior counsel in the first successful, ground-breaking, occupational stress case: Walker v Northumberland County Council (1994).  Following that case, he has appeared in a number of important cases concerning the jurisprudence of stress and bullying at work. Andrew continues to represent both sides in this fascinating field of litigation, and also lectures widely on the subject of occupational stress.
