During my work as an Occupational Health Advisor in Industry, I became very interested in work related stress. Combined with my previous experience as a general and psychiatric Nurse, I began to see the need for a more holistic approach to health and became more aware of the obvious connection between physical and mental health. After completing various stress and anger management courses plus a few complementary therapies, I have now been successfully running my practice in Edinburgh for several years.
