Inner Physique offer all UK organisations our free online employee work stress assessment, which uses the standard 35 question HSE “Indicator tool for stress” to allow organisations to determine where stress is coming from and compare their own organisation’s results with the UK average. Additionally, we will be happy to provide a free “stress and wellbeing policy” template, based upon the HSE’s own stress policy template, but expanded to include more detail.
